原标题：大连公安交警调整皮卡限行措施为落实《国务院办公厅关于进一步释放消费潜力促进消费持续恢复的意见》精神，依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等相关法规，我市交警部门调整了皮卡限行措施。自2022年9月15日0时起，我市范围内“皮卡车”不受我市货运车辆限行措施限制，在通行管理上参照“小型载客汽车”管理。本通告中的“皮卡车”是指《多用途货车通用技术条件》(GB/T40712-2021)规定的具有长头车身和驾驶室结构、敞开式货箱（可加装货箱顶盖）、核定乘坐人数不大于5人（含驾驶人）、最大设计总质量不大于3500kg的汽车。    The encounter between Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Dakota Johnson at the Red Sea Film Festival 2025 has delighted both local and international film enthusiasts, with their images and clips widely circulating online.
