二 | 央视网消息(新闻联播)：近日，中国工商银行、中国农业银行等多家商业银行发布公告，从8月1日起，每名借款人在同一家银行可享受的个人消费贷款和信用卡分期业务累计贴息上限由每年3000元提高到每年5000元。 信用卡消费贴息范围由信用卡账单分期扩展到汽车分期、装修分期等专项分期，以及消费分期、预借现金分期等各类分期产品。信用卡分期贴息的比例为年化1个百分点，且最高不超过办理相应信用卡分期业务时约定的折算年化利率的50%。
三 | 多家银行还明确，无论是个人消费贷款还是信用卡分期贴息，都不需要单独申请，银行识别是真实、合规的消费后，就能直接享受贴息。银行办理贴息服务不收取服务费。此外，8月1日到政策发布日之间已经办理的信用卡分期业务，可以联系银行申请补贴息。 提高个人消费贷款财政贴息额度上限、拓宽贴息范围，可降低居民消费信贷成本，与以旧换新等促消费政策叠加共振，进一步支持广大居民消费。 来源：央视网。
